An experienced attorney and real estate development executive, Ori Tal heads Cocoa Beach, Florida, based ESO Equity Group. Over the past seven years, the company has developed hundreds of residential and commercial units, totaling over 1 million square-feet. The firm focuses efforts on high profit-potential ventures involving condominium conversions and the management of revenue-generating residential communities. In many cases, restoration and refurbishment efforts have led to spikes in occupancy of 60 percent or more within a two-year period.
A large number of ESO Equity Group residential properties are located near to the coast, including Seaclub Condominiums. Situated one block from the ocean, Seaclub units offer excellent investment potential. Other buildings, such as the 24-unit Fairway Apartments, enjoy golf course and leisure area proximity. Offering fully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath, units, Fairway Apartments features a new on-site laundry room and modern appliances. The Daytona Beach property sits on a golf course adjacent to a condominium complex, and is 90-percent occupied.
Another prominent ESO Equity Group project is Royal Oak Patio Homes. Situated on 11.5 spacious acres, the 186 residences enjoy a pristine spot in the heart of central Florida. Located less than 40 miles from Orlando, the area boasts abundant natural preserves, as well as space-age attractions such as the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
Mr. Tal leads an executive team that includes a Project Manager with nearly two decades of experience in the real estate sales and hospitality investment sectors. This experience spans involvement as both a developer and investor in numerous central Florida real estate projects. The executive team is augmented by a Financial Administrator with an Accounting degree earned at Miami Dade College.
Ori Tal pursued his academic qualifications in Israel, completing degrees in Law and Economics at Haifa University. He also pursued an officers’ training with honors, earning status as Lieutenant in Israel’s Navy reserve. To this day, he continues to hold membership in the Israeli Bar Association.
