Fully Managed believes that technology should be a competitive advantage to organizations and should increase their bottom line. Fully Managed exists to create peace of mind for its clients by delivering superior management and consulting services, embracing technology challenges, and positioning its clients for sustainable success.

Day, who started out as an independent IT consultant, launched Fully Managed to bring enterprise-grade technology solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in Vancouver. “I wanted to make a difference and do things differently than how they were traditionally done in my industry,” he says. “I wanted to show organizations that intelligently investing in technology was going to enable their businesses to grow and succeed.”

As CEO, Day oversees the company’s overall culture, vision, sustainability, and strategy. Under his leadership, Fully Managed has been recognized as an outstanding place to work, winning honors such as “Best Employer” at the Small Business BC Awards and “Best Overall Workplace Under 100 Employees in Alberta.”

In 2013, Day was named one of Business in Vancouver’s “Forty Under 40.” That same year, he founded his second company, IT Glue. A branding and technology expert, he regularly speaks on behalf of Microsoft and other strategic partners at technology conferences across North America. Day attributes his stick-to-it attitude and strong work ethic to his parents, who are both doctors. His other interests include golf and CrossFit.
